Job Description

I have a client who is looking to hire a Lead AV Installation Technician to be based out of Nashville, TN. You would be supporting clients of all sizes and across all industries nationwide but primarily supporting clients in the SE region.

The ideal candidate would have at least (3) years of AV installation experience and be willing to travel at LEAST 50% nationwide (all travel is pre-paid, no out-of-pocket expenses). My client is looking for someone with systems configuration experience with a variety of AV technology that would include Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Polycom, QSC, etc. This person would work as part of a 2-person team and candidates need to have some manufacturing certifications and they would love to have someone with a CTS or CTS-I certification. Candidates must be comfortable and have experience working directly with clients you would be the face of the company!

It s a full-time (hourly) role between $25-$35 per hour, based on experience. Full benefits are offered immediately upon hire with two-weeks of paid PTO in the first year.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of hands-on AV installation and support experience working directly with customers.

Would like to have a minimum of a CTS certification with a CTS-I being highly preferred (or open to getting a CTS-I).

Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
