Job Description
Seeking an Analytics and AI Service Delivery Manager with the following skills, knowledge and abilities:
- Ability to lead, develop, and grow team capable of customizing/using selected software platforms to deliver client services in Utility, Industrial, and Manufacturing markets.
- Ability to provide hands-on, technical support to service delivery projects while building out team's capabilities and bandwidth.
- Ability to perform broad range of supervisory responsibilities.
- Possess strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with and interface with clients, vendors, engineers, and colleagues.
- Strong skills in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software as normal business tools.
- Possesses working knowledge of corporate accounting practices and business operations. Possess willingness to develop, promote and comply with safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
Specific Project Delivery Capabilities (personal and via team leadership):
- Develop expert level knowledge of selected software platforms sufficient to complete tasks and lead/develop team in same.Selected platforms are currently focused on Data Analytics, Connected Worker(s), Asset Management (Asset Health Scores and Remaining Useful Life estimates), Equipment/Process Optimization, and Image/Video Inspection.
- Specifically, create databases and configure tools/software necessary for delivering project scope within the approved budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Identify new/improved software platforms that can be integrated into Mesa's suite of services.When approved, complete the integration process so that the newplatforms can be used to effectively/efficiently deliver proposed services.
- Evaluate new "use cases" to determine if your team has the correct tools, capability, and bandwidth to effectively deliver the solution.
- Evaluate expected/anticipated projects to determineif your team has the correct tools, capability, and bandwidth to effectively deliver the solution.
- Evaluate team's strengths/weaknesses and make adjustments (personnel additions, more training, etc.) needed to achieve world-class performance in the delivery of Mesa's Analytics, Connected Worker, and ArtificialIntelligence based services.
- Bring or develop proficiency in asset health scoring and process optimization within the context of Mesa's selected tools and customer engagements.

Requirements :
Specific Software Skills:
- Strong knowledge base of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, Access)
- Extensive coding experience with data related languages (PHP, Python, VBA, SQL)
- Strong knowledge of API calls and functionality (Python, Excel, Box, Primavera)
- Strong knowledge of database and data structuring/management tools
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs (SharePoint, PowerApps, Visio)
General Requirements:
- Works under the direction of a Program Manager or other Senior Manager (e.g., Director, Vice President).
- Communicates effectively with internal and client stakeholders on a regular basis including keeping clients informed of issues that could adversely affect project execution across various phases of the project lifecycle.
- Coordinates/communicates effectively with peers and able to effectively integrate and work in a team environment.
Education: Preferred
- Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
- Bachelors or better in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience: Required
- 6-10 years:Working with database and data structuring/ management tools
- 6-10 years:Analyzing data using tools such as (SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, Access)
