Job Description

I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal PA with billing experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.



Requirements

Manage and maintain the executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests, providing timely responses or redirecting as necessary.

Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and clarity.

Handle billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Coordinate and communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.

Assist in managing expenses and financial records, tracking budgets, and generating reports.

Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office organization.


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant in a legal form or similar role, with a focus on billing and administrative support.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
