Job Overview
We are looking for an innovative and adaptable Global Marketing Manager to join our global community on a remote basis. This role can be performed largely at your own direction. Communication with team members will be electronic with mandatory attendance and participation in weekly company-wide training calls for in-house and professional development.

You will manage your own marketing operations and develop your ongoing sales networks. You will create market research and marketing plans and evaluate the outcome of promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will monitor your marketing budget and ensure marketing content is according to our products and services identity.

To be effective in this role, you must have adequate experience in marketing and be an innovative thinker to turn inventive ideas into actual advertising projects from the start to finish. You will create a strong impact on our target clients and maintain a consistent business. You thrive in environments where you can use your marketing and customer service skills and are looking to have variety in your workday.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly research and analyze data to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Review the placement of company products in the market.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of strategic client relationship plans, focused on delivering the best of our community.
  • Within routines, methods, and procedures: provide administrative support to the global management team.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns through audience identification, benchmarking, competitive research, and platform determination.
  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads.
  • Develop, edit, publish, and share content, with the Marketing team.
  • Analyse and communicate marketing metrics such as leads, retention, response, and ROI, to the Marketing team.
  • Produce innovative and appealing content that fascinates and increases our customer retention.
  • Form strategic relations and partner with other members of the marketing team.
  • Study customer behavior and alter the latest promotional campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in the industry.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of results, both operational and financial, and present in a simple and straightforward manner.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 3 years' work experience in a similar marketing role delivering marketing programs, particularly digital marketing as well as experience in working across multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Verified knowledge in finding target audiences.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Experience in using and adopting technology, ideally including Office 365 and online business or marketing platform(s)
  • Experience in enhancing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Well informed with the modern marketing trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing.
  • Integrated marketing skills that can be applied across traditional and digital mediums.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated high-level attention to detail and experience working both independently and as a member of a team on multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the initiative to undertake a variety of tasks.
  • Confidence to engage with internal stakeholders, external clients via face-to-face, telephone and video conferencing.
  • Ability to maintain a positive environment in the workplace.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Good leadership skills

Relationships
The focus of the role is the growth, training, and development of your own team. Once team members have been trained in our bespoke systems you will nurture them and have weekly reviews to monitor their progress and identify any training needs.
Additional relationships will be with the community through attendance and participation in weekly live training calls, professional marketing training, online live streams, and live events.
