We are currently seeking highly skilled and compassionate therapists fluent in Spanish to join our team. Position: Spanish-Speaking Therapist Location: Linthicum, Maryland (with opportunities for remote and in-person work) Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contractor Salary: $28.50 - $45.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Responsibilities: - Provide culturally competent therapy services to Spanish-speaking clients. - Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. - Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions. - Document client progress accurately and maintain thorough clinical records. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes. - Stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic techniques through ongoing professional development.
