Client Service Specialist

KO Business Solutions is proud to be working alongside our client located in Skokie, IL, as they seek to hire a Customer Service, Client Specialist. This inside customer service professional will receive and process customer orders, support customer inquiries, send out and follow-up upon product information, maintain customer database, and help grow sales and retain customers.

The role includes answering phone calls, emails and live chats from customers to answer questions and place orders. Order entry to process the orders. Participate in customer service bi-weekly meetings to discuss sales, product information and customer updates. Working closely with other departments, including production and shipping. Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product service problems. Maintain customer accounts. Process day end daily to send customers their invoices and receipts.

Requirements:

• Minimum +1 year customer service
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  
• Familiar with phone systems, email
