Job Description

Job Position and Description ERPIT Project Manager:


  • Strong Peoplesoft project management and leadership skills
  • Experience in techno-functional roles working with PeopleSoft HCM application modules, with strong implementation and configuration expertise in Recruiting Solutions (TAMCG), Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Self-Service e-Applications.
  • Experience defining business processes strategies and roadmaps. Developing process workflow diagrams, application requirements and use cases. Designing, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
  • Advise Implementation teams on practical solutions and recommendations.
  • Advise leadership on options, risks, and any impacts of implementing application offerings into HR related business processes.
  • Advise and define implementation best practices and guide teams to implement accordingly.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details, and the ability to manage multiple and concurrent tasks and mission critical projects
