Job Description

Job Title:Centre Coordinator

Location: Manchester

Reports To:Planning Manager Utilities

Job Overview:
The Centre Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of management, administrative, and quality assurance systems for all awarding organisations qualifications within the centre. Additionally, they efficiently handle communications between the awarding organisations and the centre.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all awarding organizations.
- Ensure the correct and consistent implementation of management, administrative, assessment, and internal verification/qualification coordination procedures throughout the centre.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to provide external verifiers with detailed information about the centers overall operation.
- Register and enter learners following specified procedures.
- Request certificates from awarding organizations in accordance with their protocols.
- Coordinate End Point Assessments for apprentices.
- Schedule exams, including BKSB and Functional Skills.
- Work closely with the Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to meet all awarding organization requirements.

Person Specification
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with a commitment to accomplishing tasks efficiently. Putting the client at the centre of all actions is paramount, and you will contribute to our businesss growth and success through your skills and experience. Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the funded learning sector.
- Familiarity with Awarding Organization requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.

  • FT - 40 hours
  • Salary - 35k per annum

  • 25 days AL + 8 public holidays
