About the Nursing Home:
Situated in Wednesbury, our nursing home has been a pillar of the community for many years. Weve recently expanded our facilities, enhancing both accommodation and the environment, featuring a central courtyard with direct room access.
As a Staff Nurse (RGN) at our Nursing Home, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest standard of care, welfare, and safety for all residents
- Conducting assessments and evaluations
- Creating and updating person-centered care plans
- Collaborating with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation, and health and safety
- Mentoring junior staff members
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN) Role:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN
- Clear DBS
