Job Description
A Restaurant General Manager is Needed for an Upscale Downtown Sushi Restaurant with a Craft Cocktail Bar
Benefits:
- Get in on the ground floor of a startup with big plans - this restaurant is open, but opening a third restaurant in February
- Paid medical, dental, and vision
- Bonus is 1% of net operating income
General Manager Requirements:
- At least three years of upscale restaurant general management experience in a corporate-owned restaurant for systems
- Asian/Sushi restaurant experience is highly preferred
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Good tenure with former employment
- Successful financial management skills
- Proven ability to develop and lead a team
