Job Brief: We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards. Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff. Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork. Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
