Responsibilities | -
Effectively oversee, assist, and uphold our global infrastructure environment, covering voice, video, and instant messaging systems. This encompasses tools such as MS Teams, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Contact Center, Cisco Jabber, Zoom, and Webex Teams. -
Strategize and carry out upcoming telephony migration initiatives. -
Partake in a scheduled, around-the-clock on-call rotation. -
Perform additional tasks as directed by Management. -
Aid in the development and upkeep of process and procedure documentation. -
Contribute to the resolution of daily support tickets. -
Participate in daily activities related to additions, moves, and changes. |
Candidate Requirements | - One to two years of practical experience in Cisco voice and data communications and systems. A comprehensive grasp of communication and voice protocols from both technical and functional perspectives.
- Proficiency with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, encompassing Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Finesse, and Cisco switches.
- Possession of an entry-level Cisco systems certification in voice is preferred.
- Knowledge of CDP, VLANs, TFTP, DHCP, DNS, SCCP, SIP, RTP, TCP, UDP, and the phone registration process.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
- Capability to provide a current Motor Vehicle Record within 15 days of receiving a job offer.
