Project Engineer

Operates within the framework of the new product development process, supporting various tasks including the development of new products, enhancing existing products, cost reduction initiatives, and resolving product issues.

Commits to adhering to agreed-upon project timelines and budgets in the field of engineering.

Offers insights and direction to ensure the accurate creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, schematics, and "systems" for assigned projects.

Facilitates communication among different processes, teams, departments, and levels of management as necessary.

Executes tasks and provides progress reports to other departments and upper management as needed.

Participates in both internal and external meetings with customers and suppliers as required to ensure project goals are met.

Takes on new assignments or projects based on current business needs and requirements.
