About the Role

As an Electrical Systems Engineer with our client, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and innovation. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems that power our products and solutions. Your expertise will drive the success of the projects and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing electrical systems, which includes creating electrical schematics and wiring harness drawings.
• Develops and maintains Engineering Standards and Guidelines for Electrical Systems Design.
• Establishes and manages a library of electrical parts and sub-systems.
• Develops project plans for electrical systems in New Product Development (NPD) programs.
• Formulates specifications for Electrical Systems Requirements and selects appropriate electrical components for projects.
• Participates in design processes such as Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), etc.
• Conducts load studies to design power distribution and circuit protection systems (e.g., fuses, circuit breakers, relays, connectors, wires, cables, etc.).

Candidate Requirements

• BSME or BSEE
• 2+ years of experience
