$60,000.00 - $80,000.00

Commission Structure:

Tiered 4% to 10%

About the Role

This role will join the team of 70+ in the firm’s healthcare division. The ideal candidate will be a team player that can deliver results. Top players in the division are making $300k+ a year.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for Perm Physician and APP needs
• Manage clients relationships and communicate effectively and timely regarding the progress of active searches
• Use provided recruiting resources to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates
• Set and strive towards attaining monthly/quarterly/annual goals set forth by you and upper management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Perm Physician and APP staffing
• Proven track record of successful billings
