Account Executive / Full Desk Recruiter
In growth mode, looking to increase 200% staff size by 2025.
ALL DIRECT BUSINESS in the A&F space : DH and Contract
Comp: 60-80k Draw w/ 30-55% Tiered Commission : Will do base option as well.
3+ Years of experience
Looking to bring on HUNGRY individuals who are looking to grow their staffing career.
Entrepreneurial / Self Motivated and coachable.
Flexible Hybrid Setting in Worcester, MA with a modern workspace. Modeled after community work spaces providing a comfortable and collaborative environment. Remote available for STRONG candidates.(4+ Years)
