Senior IT Director
Location:
On-site - Henderson, NV
Salary Range:
$150,000 - $210,000
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in technology field
5+ years of leadership or management experience in an IT setting

About the Role
The Senior IT Director holds the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the IT team. This role involves planning, directing, evaluating, and managing the team's operations and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the IT department, which includes infrastructure, help desk, networks, and software applications.
- Managing all phases of new project development and monitoring daily progress.
- Ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of products.
- Maintaining and updating existing programs.
- Overseeing hardware maintenance.
- Staying informed about security risks and ensuring corporate IT security.
- Reporting progress and challenges to senior management.
- Addressing and ensuring the prompt resolution of reported issues.
- Preparing and managing the IT budget.
- Recruiting and training new employees.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within an IT setting.
- Extensive experience across all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in current security protocols and awareness of threats.
- Hands-on experience with relevant coding languages.
