Job Description
-Orlando, FL- in office or remote (No NY, CA)
-Looking for Full Desk A&F Direct Hire Reps (3+ years of experience with proven billings)
-Areas of focus include VP, CFO, directors, higher level roles
-Base: 50-85k draw depending on experience (first 3 months of draw is nonrecoverable)
Commission Structure: Jr. Recruiter 0 - 100k = 40% 100k – 200k = 45% 200k + = 50% (uncapped)
Commission Structure: Experienced Recruiter 0 – 200k = 45% 200k + = 50% (uncapped)
Commission Structure:Manager- 0-500k = 50%, 500k+ =60% (uncapped)
*Has additional kickers for hitting certain goals-very high earning potential
-42 employees in firm
-Looking for big players with proven track records
-Great company culture, laid back, driven group
-Full Benefits: PPO Health, Vision, Dental. 4% immediately vested 401k match. Have a President's Club yearly
Profit Sharing: Estimated 10-20k or so bonus at years end!
