Flexible Hours: Up to 48 Hours per Week

Your Role as a Find Medic Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN):
- Uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for our residents
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized, person-centered care plans and maintain their updates
- Collaborate with external regulatory bodies and agencies
- Ensure meticulous compliance with record keeping, documentation, health, and safety standards
- Mentor junior team members
- Undertake delegated responsibilities from the Home Manager
Requirements
Qualifications Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN) is a must
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN
- Clear DBS record
