We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct first-call screenings of potential candidates, assessing their suitability for different roles.
Manage and organise diaries for recruitment consultants, ensuring efficient time management.
Schedule full interviews between candidates and corporate clients, coordinating availability and logistics.
Execute prompt follow-up communications with both candidates and clients through emails, calls, and text messages.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-year experience in a recruitment-related role is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
