Job Summary:

In the capacity of Senior Human Resource Analyst (Recruitment Support), the incumbent will be pivotal to the recruitment endeavors of Centurion Analytics. The role mandates a keen oversight of multifaceted recruitment processes, from marshalling Resource Committee requests and curating position descriptions to expediting recruitment requests and ensuring a seamless liaison with the HR department for approvals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Champion the composition and submission of Resource Committee requests, aligning with recruitment resource allocation.
  • Draft, refine, and finalize position descriptions and functional statements after insightful feedback from SMEs.
  • Swiftly prepare and dispatch recruitment requests, maintaining compliance with organizational benchmarks.
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with the HR department, ensuring continuous progress tracking and seamless approval processing.
  • Engage with various departments to synchronize recruitment objectives with overarching business goals.
  • Keep abreast of contemporary recruitment trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Discharge other HR-related responsibilities as the role might necessitate.


Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Eloquent communication prowess, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational acumen with an unwavering focus on details.
  • Forward-thinking problem-solving aptitude.
  • Comprehensive grasp of recruitment procedures and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or analogous software.
  • Familiarity with, or the aptitude to rapidly acquaint oneself with, the organizations HRIS and allied HR management tools.

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a pertinent field.
  • A minimum of three years experience in HR, with an emphasis on recruitment-centric roles.
  • A preference for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification holders.

Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable with extended durations of desk-bound tasks, primarily computer-oriented.
  • The physical capacity to lift weights up to 15 pounds, albeit occasionally.
