- Database Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining SQL databases, preferably Azure SQL. Proficiency in managing databases like MySQL, T-SQL, or NoSQL is essential.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate potential database issues and implement preventive measures to ensure the stability and reliability of the database.
- Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: The ability to commit approximately 10 hours per week to address maintenance tasks, support requests, and ad-hoc troubleshooting.
- Data Integrity Focus: A keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity and business continuity within the database.
