Site Managment

Responsibilities:

• The development and deployment of the S&CR Functional Area as well as S&CR strategy, targets and KPIs, policies, directives, requirements, standards, processes, methodologies and tools, and ensure integration to the business.
• The analysis and development of S&CR situational and impact analysis, business cases and opportunities, risk and materiality assessments and mitigation plans.
• Securing S&CR strategy execution and driving initiatives in line with the strategy and targets.
• Monitoring, reporting and timely communicating defined targets and KPIs. Identifying deviations and taking corrective actions.
• Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders (employees, customers and society).
• Manage the sites access to field maintenance teams (PA , PM, and CM) also rented teams to achieve their required activities in the sites.
• Renew and maintain the rental contract between the building owners and Etisalat.
• Cancel the unneeded contract as per customer request.
• Manage the building ,landowners and guards’ problems.
• Guarantee sites security through hiring needed guards for the GF sites and audit on them to evaluate their performance.
• Manage OHS regulations.
