Job Summary:
This role is responsible for engagement & retention campaigns across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. In this role, you will oversee the execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives from conception, deploying, testing, and insights to optimization. Job Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic channel programs including email, push, SMS, in-app marketing, and promotional campaigns that drive revenue growth & engagement for launches, promotions & cross-sells/up-sells
- Own performance tracking and reporting for all lifecycle channels
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement & keep track of the customer lifecycle-based behavioral data analysis
- Design and conduct A/B & multivariate testing to deliver insights including subject lines, creative content, cadence, segmentation, and timing
- Work closely with the ESP provider to provide & clarify requirements for the development team
- Manage marketing automation to ensure accuracy & effectiveness
- Work with the Development Team on maintenance & ongoing improvement of web analytics as well as tagging methodologies
Qualification (Required):
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and/or related fields.
- 0-1 year experience in developing lifecycle programs (email, push, SMS, in-app, site, etc.) in an enterprise-grade ESP preferred
- Knowledge or Experience in segmentation, targeting, automation, and A/B testing
- Knowledge in customer conversion, re-engagement & retention strategies
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Tableau, GTM)
- Execute a vision through consensus building, negotiation, and data-driven persuasion
- Strong excel & essential SQL skills with HTML proficiency
- A customer-first mindset when approaching projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving & fervent attention to detail
Qualification (Preferred):
- Familiarity with Asian brands
- Experience in Iterable
- E-commerce or online retail experience
- Experience in working with development teams, project management, and agile marketing
$18-20 Hourly; Partime/ Full-time
