Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Do you love Account Management but don t love who you are working for?

  • You need to be good at collaborating with your team mates and talking to clients on the phone, on Teams and face to face.
  • You ll also need to have a good understanding of Salesforce.
  • and, of course, you ll need to be able to work remotely.

Requirements

  • Managing the retention and growth of existing Accounts
  • Developing new opportunities through referrals and networks
  • Educate customers on the benefits of Salesforce and which additional modules will help their business best
  • Work with Project and Development teams to make sure the customer is getting what they need
  • Support customers to ensure that any problems are resolved quickly

  • Full-time, OTE £55,000
  • 37.5 hours per week
