Job Description

Job Title: Arena Club Tailgate Event Manager at Gameday Your Way

Job Type: Part-time/Seasonal

Company: Gameday Your Way

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay: $21/hour


Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun & engaging events for our customers before football games at Notre Dame, Northwestern, University of Wisconsin, Indiana University and Soldier Field. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Arena Club Tailgate Event and Check-in Manager to manage and help execute exclusive and luxury event at Soldier Field


Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-in process

  • Enforce efficient check-in policies

  • Greet all guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome.

  • Manage a small staff to set up the event and facilitate guest check-in

  • Assist in event day vendor management.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements, and ensure they are met to the highest standard

  • Ensure all aspects of the tailgate event run smoothly, from setup to breakdown, and oversee the event staff

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute special client needs and requests

  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations

  • Setup and install event equipment which includes tents, tables, chairs, and flooring.

Date Range:

  • September through November with required working dates of September 9-10, September 30-October 1, October 14-15, October 21-22, November 9, December 9-10

  • In-person at event sites at Soldier field


Shift:

  • 10-14 hours + 90-minute weekly meetings.
