Lead the engineering team in designing and developing high-quality software solutions.Provide strategic direction and oversee architecture and design, ensuring scalability and maintainability of software systems.Ensure commitments are met, managing risks and projects effectively.Grow, retain, and motivate the engineering team. Establish architecture, and culture of clean and reusable code practices, and full lifecycle development.Elevate the technological landscape, ensuring scalability and quality while keeping abreast of new developments in tools and technologies.
