Job Description
Role: Staff Nurse
Weekly Hours: 36-48 hours per week
Competitive Hourly Rate: Starting from 19.50
Day Shifts: Achieve work-life balance
Shift Times: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Description:
As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) at our partner Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care and well-being for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of new residents
- Developing personalized care plans
- Administering and documenting medication
- Collaborating with external healthcare providers
- Monitoring and enhancing the performance of care staff
- Ensuring optimal staffing schedules
- Embracing a person-centered approach to meet individual needs with respect and dignity
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Essential: Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN approval
- Clear DBS record
