Job Description
Role: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Hourly Rate: Starting from 19.50
Shifts: Night Shifts
Weekly Hours: Flexible, ranging from 36 to 48 hours
Shift Times: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN):
As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of care and safety for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive physical and psychological assessments for new residents upon admission
- Developing personalized care plans tailored to each residents unique needs
- Updating care plans regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Administering and documenting medication safely and accurately
- Collaborating with external suppliers and healthcare providers effectively
- Monitoring and enhancing the performance of care staff
- Ensuring efficient scheduling of shifts

Requirements
Requirements for the Role:
To be eligible for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) position, you should have the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN approval
- Clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) record
