Position: Clinical Lead Experience
Location: Warrington
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (7-day schedule)

About the Role:
As a skilled Registered Nurse with Clinical Lead experience, you will be an integral part of the team. Your expertise will drive clinical decisions, project management, and the advancement of care levels to meet each residents unique needs. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing effective leadership in matters of clinical excellence, including training and competencies.
- Demonstrating familiarity with CQC guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Participating in an on-call rotation to address clinically related matters and provide rota coverage.
- Completing floor shifts as necessary to fulfill Home requirements.
- Collaborating with clients, families, professionals, and stakeholders to enhance care quality.
- Providing specialized training and mentoring to keep the team updated on clinical advancements.
- Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all interactions.
Requirements
Application Requirements:
- Active NMC registration with unrestricted practice rights (PIN number).
- Senior or similar role experience.
- Elderly / Dementia care expertise.
- Full UK driving license and personal vehicle access.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS) is mandatory. DBS registered to update service is advantageous.
- Desirable: Train the Trainer certification in a clinical field.
