Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:
• Providing advice and support to the business and assisting the local management, North Africa, Levant & Iraq Legal Director and global and regional legal counsels in all legal matters, including but not limited to regulatory matters, operational issues, HR matters, scalable and interfaced projects, litigation, investigation, transactional support, etc.
• Manage the legal support of all activities in Egypt & Sudan and provide the necessary corporate legal advice.
• Participate in contract negotiations, formulation & implementation and set the negotiation strategy.
• Assure compliance with internal guidelines/polices and processes.
• Support all company projects execution from legal perspective.
• Contribute to standardization of contracts and contract improvement processes.
• Develop and offer legal training to business partners.
• Collaborate closely with business integrity community Compliance Organization.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Develop, implement, and update relevant legal policies and guidelines.
