Dental Hygienist - Jacksonville, FL
Do you LOVE dentistry? Have you built your career on focusing on quality over quantity, building relationships, excellent communication skills with your team and patients to ensure they receive the best care?We are looking for the candidate that wants to create relationships with their patients and team members, become a partner in their practice and provide great dental hygiene in an established practice.

Requirements:
- Team player that wants to be in charge of their production
- Dental Hygienist degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state hygienist license
- MINIMUM 2 years of experience
- Well-rounded background with the ability to start working within the next MONTH
- Proficient with dental software and other technologies
- Open to training and constructive feedback
- Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, consistently and be a leader for their team
- Confident and friendly approach when working with patients
Clinic Details
- 4 - 5 day work week - Fridays required
- PPO and FFS
- Competitive compensation with monthly bonuses
- Health, vision and dental insurance, 401K, with 3% match
- Family practice - 95% middle to upper class adult population
- All high tech, digital and paperless clinic
- Established practice in the community
