We are a prominent nonprofit fundraising firm in Virginia Beach. We are now searching for a dedicated individual who appreciates giving back to the community to join our nonprofit marketing team.
The Junior Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with members of our fundraising team in the development, coordination, and execution of our fundraising campaigns in the local area. Hands-on training will allow the Junior Marketing Coordinator to understand the ins and outs of event management and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at events with the help of promotional marketing employees.
- Increase client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty.
- After completing comprehensive leadership training, you will be able to organize your own events and projects for new clients.
- Consult with clients on compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellentcommunication skills, as well as a strong customer service attitude and organizational/time management skills. This is a fast-paced environment in which you will work both as part of a team and independently. It is critical to pay strict attention to detail and meet deadlines. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, and advertising is preferred.
