Job Description
This is a remote position.
At Delta Workforce, we are seeking a dedicated Remote Sales Representative to join our team. As a driven self-starter, you will play a pivotal role in broadening our client base across manufacturing, construction, events, and healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans designed around potential clients' needs.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with prospective clients in our targeted industries, pitching our staffing solutions.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective clients through emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Keep thorough records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other pertinent data.
- Present and demonstrate our services to a variety of potential business partners.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with flexible hours, allowing for the accommodation of various time zones to optimize client interaction.
Commission Structure: This role operates strictly on a commission-only basis, offering a competitive 10% commission on each new contract secured.
