Qualifications
- Motivated big-thinker with a strong desire to take control of your career and make a positive impact on yourself and others.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to connect with people on the telephone and Zoom
- A genuine passion for continual self-growth
- Be coachable and trainable
- Previous experience in social media marketing would be an advantage, but not necessary as full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Embrace continuous learning and personal growth via our weekly Zoom training streams
- Using social media to generate leads
- Follow up on leads by calling and following a structured scripted interview (all training provided) to qualify candidates
- Set your own goals and be accountable to yourself
