Job Description
- Producing documents based on international best practice and negotiating these.
- Building and maintaining effective client relationships.
- Working as part of our wider international corporate team to provide support on a cross-border basis as and when required.
- Ensuring files are managed in compliance with Lexcel or local equivalent procedures.
- Managing, training and development of associate lawyers and junior legal staff.
- Project managing transactions.
- Pro-active participation in and origination of marketing initiatives.
- Formulating and providing firm-wide and departmental training sessions.
