• Achieving the Revenue target and maintain the gross margin as per Business Plan
• Drive branch performance to achieve revenue target, accessory and Service contract sales and recovery rate target
• Team attendance monitoring
Workshop and Front office house keeping & 5S monitoring
• Daily performance review with team & Action plan
• Focus on more than 7 days vehicles in workshop
