The Penny Ice Creamery & The Picnic Basket
The Glass Jar is seeking an experienced janitor/cleaner to join our team!
This person ensures the cleanliness of our four Penny Ice Creamery locations in Santa Cruz County, as well as The Picnic Basket, our beachfront cafe.
This person is responsible for cleaning areas in front of the counters, behind the counters, kitchen areas, food preparation areas, sink and dish areas, windows, storage areas, around the perimeter of the buildings, and bathrooms.
Requirements
- Experience in cleaning/janitorial/custodian work
- Availability for weekdays and weekends
- Availability for morning shifts and evening shifts
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks thoroughly
- Attention to detail and efficient time-management
