Hourly Rate - 22.05/hr - Full-Time, Day/Night Shifts
Hour per week : 36

About the Care Home:

Responsibilities of Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) at the Nursing Home:
- Upholding the highest standard of care, welfare, and safety for residents.
- Conducting assessments for new residents, addressing physical and psychological needs.
- Developing personalized care plans and ensuring daily updates.
- Safe administration and documentation of medication.
- Efficient communication with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
- Monitoring and enhancing the performance of care staff.
- Establishing effective schedules.
- Prioritizing person-centered care to uphold privacy, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
Requirements for Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Position:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active or pending NMC PIN
- Clear DBS record.
- Prior experience in a Nursing Home setting.
