Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Responsible for ongoing system and user support, particularly during implementations of new information technology, functionality, or system use
- Provides subject matter expertise during client engagements to deliver solutions that achieve results.
- Works closely with Systems Analysts, Clinical End Users, Technical Staff, and occasionally System Vendors
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years minimum of Healthcare Information Technology experience with Cerner Clinical Applications such as PowerChart, PowerForms, Orders, Dynamic Documentation (Dyn Doc), iView, Message Center, MPages, SurgiNet, FirstNet, PathNet, RadNet, CareNet, PharmNet, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have a working knowledge of hospital processes and workflows
- Requires the ability to be a self-starter and work independently
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and programs
- Prefer experience in Business Objects/Power Insight report writing
- Prefer CCL Code Writer
- Prefer ability to write clinical rules using Discern Expert
- Prefer ability to write Crystal Reports
- Prefer Bedrock experience
