We are looking for an office administrator to support our site investigation department based in Billericay Essex
Location: Billericay, Essex
Salary: 22,000 - 26,000
Job Type: 40 hours per week - Permanent
Core Responsibilities will be
Customer and client liaison, making and taking calls to answer queries and book appointments whilst presenting a professional and positive image on the telephonic front line of the division.
Up Dating the work diary with new works as required by the site supervisor
Updating the work in progress log as reports are received from the testing laboratories ensuring we deliver service inside our clients required SLAs.
To update/amend the client management database when required.
Team working, assisting colleagues where necessary across the whole of the business.
To collate & co-ordinate distribution of draft site documents to the internal staff for reporting and processing
