Position: Staff Nurse (RGN)
Hourly Rate: Up to 20
Shifts: Night Shifts
Hours per Week: 24 hours (Part-time)

Role Responsibilities:
As a Staff Nurse (RGN) at our Nursing Home, you will be entrusted with vital responsibilities to ensure the well-being of our residents:
- Elevate resident care, welfare, and safety to the highest standards
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
- Develop and update person-centered care plans
- Collaborate with external governing bodies and agencies
- Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements, including documentation and health and safety
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Fulfill specific duties delegated by the Home Manager
Requirements
Requirements:
To excel in the role of Staff Nurse (RGN), you should possess the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN approval
- Clear DBS record to ensure resident safety
