Job Description
Conexwest is hiring a Construction Project Manager to join our growing company for the Lathrop, CA location. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. You will also take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of your team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
- Communicate project status direct management
- Ensure projects align with business priorities
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
- Develop cost estimates and project plans
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports about project status
- Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Order materials with project timelines in mind
- Estimate custom projects
- Material procurement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction
- Past project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Problem solving skills
- Collaborative, working with different teams
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and see the big picture
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Trello, Asana, or other similar tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Must have excellent listening skills Valid state motor vehicle operator's license Satisfactorily pass top pick/forklift driving training program or demonstrate safe handling of top pick/forklift in an on-site test Demonstrated ability to operate electronics and computers to diagnose and repair machines used to perform job duties Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend/stoop, crouch, and twist for long periods of time Ability to perceive depth and adjust focus; excellent hand/eye coordination High school diploma
