Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in promoting the company's services and enhancing its brand image. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns and overall strategy.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Occasional weekend events may be required.

Pay:

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination:
Collaborate in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, job boards, events, and traditional marketing.

Content Management:
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to marketing guidelines. This includes brochures, website content, and social media posts.

Event Management:
Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and networking activities to represent the company and establish valuable connections.

Marketing Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support the development of marketing strategies and decision-making processes.

Digital Marketing:
Oversee online marketing efforts, including website updates, SEO/SEM, and Google AdWords campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Project Management:
Assist in managing marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tracked and met promptly.

Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with external agencies, printers, designers, and other vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

Brand Management:
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand image across all channels.

Communication:
Support the marketing team in creating internal and external communications, including announcements, press releases, and presentations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Comfortable with on-camera appearances.

Knowledge of graphic design and content creation is a plus.

Experience in videography is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
