Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
- Aid in the creation and delivery of EHS training programs.
- Conduct compliance audits, inspections, and safety observations.
- Assist in maintaining EHS Management Systems requirements including records, documentation, and procedures.
- Help manage the inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety materials.
- Support the Workers Compensation program, including case management.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory and compliance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and/or Safety disciplines, or equivalent experience in an EHS role.
- Minimum of three years of EHS experience in amanufacturing setting.
- CSP, ASP, and GSP certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance procedures and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse culture/multilingual environment.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise policies and procedures.
