Employment Attorney - Partner or Senior Associate Atlanta

We are working with a dynamic, growing multi-state Law Firm client who is growing through new jurisdictional expansion. This firm is an established leader in Plaintiff-side Employment Law and is adept in the use of technology and systems to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness in the business of law. Our client has a healthy culture that permeates their work product, services delivered to their clients, and their relationships.

This firm is expanding into the Atlanta area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney to establish and grow a new office under the support and with a larger team.

Ideal candidates are Partner-Level Attorneys, or Experienced Senior Associates with demonstrated expertise in Employment Law. We’re interested in both Plaintiff and Defense side experienced attorneys. The right-fit attorney candidate will have the required experience as well as the knowledge, ability and desire to lead their work flow from case selection through driving the process through the case.

Education Requirements:

Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certification:

Active member of the GA Bar.

Experience Requirements:

Significant Employment Law experience and knowledge is desired. We’re targeting 10+ years, but if you have more than 6 years of experience, let’s talk.
