Property Accountant
Lowenberg Corporation is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Our product line includesSupply Chain, Filtration, and Paint Support functions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $61,356.46 - $73,891.65 per year

Job Description:
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial statements for multiple real estate partnerships
- Prepare and make quarterly distributions to investors
- Work with our CPA firm to provide information for them to prepare tax returns
- Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting position, preferably with a real estate partnership/property management background.
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi software.
.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects in a timely manner.
