Job Description
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives. Identify target audiences and devise content plans to reach them effectively.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and creative content for social media channels, including but not limited to text posts, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate and grow a strong online community of followers, fans, and customers. Encourage user interactions, foster discussions, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using various analytical tools. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and improve overall performance.
