This well-established Michelin-recommended Mediterranean restaurant has become an icon in South San Francisco. We need a Chef de Cuisine to lead this beautiful farm-to-table, scratch-kitchen upscale dining restaurant.

With state-of-the-art equipment and a stunning marble/stone open kitchen, complete with its own charcoal-fired spit and stone-fired oven, Moroccan Chandelier, and Venetian Plaster, the new General Manager will have an exceptional opportunity to propel this stunning property and their team into the future.

Chef de Cuisine experience and abilities:

• 3+ years as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Sous Chef in an upscale-casual or fine-dining restaurant
• Experience in Mediterranean cuisine
• Proven success managing financials and creating profit
• Good or reasonably explained tenure
• Food Handler Certification
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Success with local marketing and restaurant-based catering experience
