Job Description
Our client is an Oakland-based Non-Profit looking for a Payroll and Accounts Payable Analyst to work cross-departmentally to achieve the goals of the finance team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity with a salary range of $70,000-80,000 DOE. If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please attach your resume and we'll be in touch.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees
- Resolve tax, withholdings, garnishments, and pay issues for payroll processing
- Benefits, taxes, internal audit, and account reconciliation
- Employee data management, including new hires and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Process accounts payable and monthly reconciliation of accounts
- Assist with the month-end close tasks, including reconciliation of accounts and journal entries
- Support year-end external and internal audit
- Other special projects as needed
- BA, BS in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience in Payroll or General Accounting
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite
- Strong fluency in Microsoft Excel
